The women of the C-CWA open up the show in a tag match as Veronica and current Women’s champion Jenny McLanahan took on Akira Blaze and Double Dee. Akira and Dee worked like a well-oiled machine taking both Veronica and Jenny off their feet with double dropkicks. Dee worked over Veronica’s back with a lifting takedown followed by several soccer ball kicks to the back. Veronica made her come back after a hurricane rana reversal from an attempted powerbomb by Dee. The tag was made to Jenny and finally it looked like Veronica and Jenny were on the same page. Veronica snapped Akira over with the snap suplex as Jenny took to the skies with the mad splash for a close 2 count. But one miscommunication would be their downfall, Veronica attempted to dropkick Akira but Akira sidestepped causing Veronica to nail her partner. Akira spotted the opening and rolled Veronica into the rolling hold for the 3 count.

Insane Blood Riot was set for tag team action against the unlikely team of Viper and James Mason. Mason made his way to the ring first followed by Viper who was holding an old Puppet mask in his hands. Viper and Mason have some heated words on the outside as Gladiator and Samurai look on. Viper argues with Mason to put on the mask, asking him to show his true colours. Mason out right refuses causing the two men to exchange rights and lefts on the outside. Viper backdrops Mason into the crowd and looks to follow up but Mason grabs a hold of some old senior citizens chair and absolutely clobbers Viper over the head with it.
