'Otherside' blares through the arena, and Ross Cowan receives a nice pop when he steps out onto the stage, he's wearing both tag titles over his shoulders and is carrying a top hat that seems to be full of folded up pieces of paper. Cowan climbs into the ring, puts down the hat, and takes the mic from ring announcer Sean Coughlan
[Cowan]: Well, since i'm sure you all saw what happened with Dante the other day..you'll know that Omeko Storm is now dead. You'll also know that that we currently only have one tag team champion, yours truly. Since i'm not planning on letting go of the belt without a fight, and since there isn't any number one contender, we're just going to have to use the classic 'pick a name out of the hat' method to determine who gets the honour of holding a tag title.
Cowan reaches down and lifts up the hat
[Cowan]: The name of every C-CWA superstar is in this hat, excluding people who currently hold titles, and so with out any further ado, let's pick a name..cue the drumroll..
A comedy drum-roll plays over the PA while Cowan reaches into the hat, he ruffles around in it for a while before pulling out a folded up piece of paper, he unfolds it and reads it, Cowan suddenly looks unhappy, he drops the paper, stares at it some more, then leaves the ring, 'Otherside' starts playing as he walks up the ramp.
The camera zooms in on the paper, it has Crimson's name on it!
